Free samples scam,I placed an order at Gamersupps in Feb for the free samples, They said it will e shipped in the next 15 days it is May now still No response from them??? I have no hopes getting my order, Thanks gamersupps for being liars to the World.

After having ordered about a dozen times now, I cant say anything but positive things about the guys over at GG...

Shipping typically takes a while to Europe, so expect to wait a few weeks at least.

Having that in mind, customer support is always ready to answer my questions in the live chat, their flavors range with a caffeine free roster building up slowly, all whilst featuring some cool art on them.

If I had one gripe, it'd be the minimum order cost for the shipping costs to drop, as they can get quite expensive, but with the amount of promo codes they give out to circumvent that, you can typically circumvent that problem.

I found out there was a deal on free samples so I ordered through a sponsor link. After confirming my order I waited over month for my package. I contacted contact*@*gamersupps.gg where I was told to give the order and shipping address. Although the customer was good I still have yet to reseve my order after 30 business days. Quite unfortunate.

Was enticed into trying GamerSupps because there was a free sample promotion happening with a promotional code, that was offered through one of my favorite podcasts. I ordered a free sample with promo code. The next day I notice a charge for 45$ dollars on my account under gamersupps. I rechecked the promotion, my emails and purchase records and no where does it mention having to pay anything for this order, so I emailed support.
Customer support was swift in ensuring me that what I had ordered should be free and any other charges on my account should be recorded and that I should report them to my banking institution.

I called my bank and they told me that this is likely a "scam" and that they would have to start a fraud investigation into GamerSupps. I had to get a new bank card and renew all my accounts because that is standard procedure when your account is linked to this type of activity.

I don't often purchase things like this as I figure most things are to good to be true but as a long time listener to this podcast I figured that they wouldn't be shilling a bad company.
Bad look on everyone's part here.

My gamer sups cups came on the 21.09.2022
I got 2 cups and both were leaking when filled with water.
Ok that can happen but here comes the twist.
I tried to contact the support for it but they never answerd or looked at my proof video i sendet for a refund or replace.
Luckyli i orderd with Paypal buyer protection if i would order with something else i would not have seen my money back probably.

This product is amazing. My first Waifu Cup i got did have an issue but the lovely customer support team fixed my issue in a quick manor. Now the new steel cup. NOW THATS A GOOD CUP. I hope you guys make more.

DHL let me down and didn't deliver my package.

I'm not gonna give them another chance and GamerSupps understood my situation, so they offered a full refund even before I had the chance to ask for it.
I would have liked to receive my order, but I'm glad I got my money back at least.

I have ordered two times through them and both orders showed up wrong customer service will not fix the problem

Did not provide the free sample as promised. I remember one thing today things are too good to be true are not true.

I ordered a "TheRussianBadger" cup and a container of his drink and i've been waiting for over 4 months to get it. Last month i talked to support about getting a reorder and i still haven't gotten an update on if they even plan on shipping it out. I just want my drink and cup man.

I was on the lookout for a company that is similar to GFuel in terms of making powders for energy drinks that you mix with water and I came across GamerSupps as they were mentioned by Cold Ones. Caffeine has a pretty big relevance in my diet as someone who is rather active but the amount of sugar in normal energy drinks is offputting. GFuel is an excellent product, but the last few tubs I had were not up to standard for me and tasted a little too chalky. I ordered a shaker and the Shylily promotional tub. The drink came in a timely manner, considering I am outside of the US. The tub has a very attractive design with the content creator's character on the front in a surprisingly nice and compact tub. You only need a couple of scoops to be able to taste the drink well enough and it is fantastic. The other sample flavours were also incredible and I hope to be able to buy their respective tubs. For now I have bought another content creator shaker featuring Nyanners and another tub of Shylily's flavour. I would absolutely recommend this brand if you have the money for it.

So far very impressed. The shipping was a lot cheaper and faster than GFuel--no hate for GFuel, loved the stuff but had to stop drinking it because it was upsetting my stomach despite not using it on a daily basis. My product arrived in 2 weeks rather than the average 3+ weeks with GFuel. Was also very impressed by how small the container is. As someone who buys a lot of supplements, I am well acquainted with large containers of mostly air--don't know why all of the air but you always get the serving amounts listed on the bottle. Gamer Supps has very small containers with minimal air space. The scoop is ridiculously small, so, for 16oz (a typical GFuel shaker cup size) you need 2 scoops, so, you actually only get 50 servings rather than 100 servings. Still cheaper per serving than GFuel. In terms of effectiveness, still debatable but I did get a tea-inspired flavor which might not have as much of a kick as some of their other flavors. Happy with my purchase at the moment.

I emailed for a cancellation just because I couldn’t afford the product right now, and they refunded me only a few minutes after I sent the email. Very quick! I also purchased a product before and It’s so good. Definitely worth it. I’ll be buying again when I can afford.

I just got my order from gamersupps today, and I will say not what I expected at all tbh, I opened up the tub to see that it wasn't full at all, and that it was a little over halfway full... I paid $47 for this and I'm not happy

I ordered the "Samurai" shaker cup when it was released and had to contact support twice, First Delivery shipment got struct in transit for 3 months with no update change so I contacted support and got a reply saying that I will get an update from them but there was no update, instead I got another email with another shipping number with the same product order number. after another 3 months the second shipment got stuck again with no update so I contacted support again and got the exact same reply, no update from them and A THIRD shipment email but instead with another delivery provider. I eventually got the package the 3rd time but the shaker cup they have sent is completely different from the one I have originally ordered and when I contacted them about it, all they said was "The Cup is no longer available so we ship what available cups we still have as a replacement".

TLDR: bad experience overall, never got what I purchased and instead got something completely different. if you're looking for an energy drink, look somewhere else instead of this company.
